Privacy policy.
Optimi Health Corp. (“Optimi,” “we,” “us”) operates ir.optimi.net. This policy explains what personal information we collect on the investor-relations site, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you subscribe to investor email alerts or contact investor relations, we collect the email address and any content you submit.
Automatically collected. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate page views and real-user performance. Both are cookieless and do not store a persistent identifier in your browser.
With your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is also loaded to measure traffic patterns. Without consent GA4 is not loaded. See our cookies page for the full cookie inventory.
2. Investor email alerts and CASL
Investor email alerts operate on a double opt-in basis. You submit an email address; we send a confirmation email; you must click the verification link before any alerts are sent. This flow satisfies the express-consent requirements of the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We retain the subscription record (email, verification timestamp, IP address at subscription, unsubscribe status) in a managed Postgres database to evidence consent and for disclosure-law compliance. To unsubscribe or request deletion of a subscription record, email privacy@optimi.net.
3. How we use information
- To deliver investor email alerts you have opted in to receive.
- To respond to inquiries sent through the contact form.
- To measure site performance and improve investor-relations content.
- To comply with Canadian and U.S. securities disclosure laws.
- To protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies
We use a small set of cookies and local-storage items. Full details are on our cookiespage. You can change your preferences at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
5. Third parties

- Google LLC — GA4, loaded only with consent.

- TradingView Inc. — embedded stock chart on the stock page. TradingView may set its own cookies subject to your analytics consent.

6. Retention

- Investor-alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe + 3 years to evidence CASL consent.
- Contact-form messages: retained in our email inbox; deleted on request.
7. Your rights
